SteelCap Insurance Pte. Ltd. (SteelCap) is a subsidiary of BlueScope Steel Limited (Australia) (BlueScope).
SteelCap is a captive insurer. It is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to only cover insurable risks for BlueScope and its subsidiaries. SteelCap does not have any employees.
BlueScope has been made aware that there are fraudsters offering fake insurance products to the general public by posing as SteelCap or other captive insurers.
Anyone posing as a representative of SteelCap, or any offer of insurance from SteelCap, is not authorised.
If you believe you may have fallen victim to a scam involving insurance from SteelCap you should immediately cease communications and contact your local police or relevant authorities. You may also wish to notify BlueScope at ethics@bluescopesteel.com .
