BlueScope completes acquisition of Coil Coatings business
BlueScope advises that the acquisition of the Coil Coatings business from Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc completed on 28 June 2022, USA time. The transaction was completed on terms entered into, and announced, on 11 April 2022. The newly acquired business will operate under the name BlueScope Coated Products. More
