We're working to ensure our business activities and practices are aligned with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). Since 2020, BlueScope's owned and controlled entities have published a joint modern slavery statement pursuant to the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). The BlueScope Modern Slavery Statement was lodged with the Australian Government’s Modern Slavery Statements Register on 23 September 2024. The Statement will be reviewed by the Attorney-General’s Department prior to being officially published on the Modern Slavery Statement’s Register.
